The City of New York is doing something truly brilliant by offering an H.I.V test to all those who enter public health clinics and hospitals.
I remember when I went to Bronx Science, one year a panel of people came to the school and told us that the district in which the magnet school is located has the higher percentage of AIDS in the United States.
I don’t know if that statistic is still accurate, but it sure as hell makes sense to do what NYC is planning.
