Gurudev was saying that when our worst habits creep up, we should not be afraid of them, but simply pray to God to also bring along a wave of positivity along with it. In love, with God, in anger with HIM in all our lowest moments, NEVER LOSE CONNECTION WITH HIM. That is the only solution.
