At the corner of ritzy neighborhood, Hughes Road in downtown Mumbai, I observed the following from a taxicab.

To an native Mumbai resident known as a Mumbaiker, “Fresh” and “Safe” is better than wholesome and raw. Take milk for example, people have access to dairy fresh milk that is made organically and NOT pasteurized. But they prefer Amul milk which comes in a carton, is more expensive, is “double toned and homogenised” and has a shelf life of a few months.
