I’m thinking so clearly right now. 5 a.m. is not THAT early, but lately due to overtime at work, I’ve been waking up at 8:30. In the hours from 4:30 a.m. onwards, there are no worries, no problems, only answers. Meditation also happens superbly. I envy those that are able to wake up with perfect calm daily.
