My Morning
I got up at around 5 am. I cooked some seitan and it smelled weird, so I threw it all out. I started boiling stock for soup I plan on making in the evening. Then I made this dish with kale and vegannaise and some dried cranberries. Put that sucker on sourdough bread along with coriander/chili green chutney et voila, lunch is served. Hopefully everyone can digest it. :/
